Building Consistency: Education for Long-Term Success

The final piece of the puzzle is education—learning how to maintain and improve your body’s health and performance over time. My goal as a practitioner is to not only get you feeling better but to help guide you to have autonomy in your health journey. The more you know about your body and how it works, the better equipped you are to keep it feeling and moving happily! 

On going education of exercises and stretches are one of the best ways to start feeling better and keep you in your optimal form! Here are some examples of what we will work through: 

  1. Functional Movement: Learning proper movement patterns helps you move more efficiently as well as fork through any muscle imbalances. This is important in all athletes but also for maintaining good posture through your daily activities. 

  2. Stretching and Strengthening: I provide stretches that support mobility, flexibility, and strength, helping you maintain a balanced body. This helps to keep your body working properly and feeling good.

  3. Building Consistency: Consistency is key to long-term success. I will share strategies to help you create and maintain good habits.
