What is it?

Joint mobilizations are a passive way to help increase range through a joint. It is a great form of treatment to use in conjunction with soft tissue therapy and prior to adjustments. This can make adjustments more comfortable because they are warmed up. They can also be a replacement for adjustments if a patient is uncomfortable with that form of therapy.
